Head Instructor, Sensei Gregg Garrison, began training in martial arts over 30 years ago. Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do was the foundation of his style under the chief instruction of Grand Master Seoung Eui Shin, a ninth degree black belt.
After years of training in Tae Kwon Do, Garrison studied Wado Ryu Karate, Hapkido, Jiujitsu and Kung Fu. In 2007, Garrison started training with Mark Johnson, the founder of Sho Gigei Karate, and obtained his Black Belt in the style. Garrison is now a 3rd degree black belt in Sho Gigei Karate and has been involved with teaching in Warren County the past six years.
During the last year, Mr. Garrison has moved from teaching in Morrison to opening a new school in McMinnville.

He will be testing for his 2nd degree black belt in the next month.
